When we have a choral octavo in stock, single copies are available. If we need to place an order, the minimum order is 5 copies.

Instrument Rental and Repair Information

Repair and Replacement Warranty – Dale Music now offers an optional comprehensive warranty for all instrument rentals. The RnR Warranty relieves the customer of any further financial liability should the instrument be damaged, lost due to theft, or destroyed by fire or other accident.  With the demands and hazards of playing and transporting an expensive and delicate instrument in a school setting, the R&R Warranty offers greater peace of mind. Remember, however, that purposeful damage or damage due to neglect is NOT covered by the warranty. Click in the link for the Repair and Replacement Warranty Form.

Rentals – Dale Music offers the finest selection of string, wind, and brass instruments for rent with an option to purchase. We stock name brand student and professional instruments at competitive prices. Two rental plans are available… The Three Month Renewable Rental, and the School Year Lease. The Three Month Renewable Rental remains the same for each 3 month period. It is payable each three months in advance, and the first 12 months of rental payments apply toward the purchase of an instrument of equal or greater value. The School Year Lease is only available between the months of August and November thru June 15th of the following year, and is payable in advance, with the first 12 months of rental payments also applying toward purchase of an instrument of equal or greater value. You must have established credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and a Security Deposit is required. Instrument Repair – Musical Instrument repair is a very meticulous form of labor done by skilled technicians. It is practically impossible to give a true estimate without seeing the instrument in question. Repairs are guaranteed for 30 – 90 days depending on the repair, and some manufacturer’s warranties on parts exceed this guarantee period. Customers will be contacted by the technician before work is done should the repair exceed the initial estimate by more than 20 percent. Repairs are done in as timely a manner as possible, and “rush” jobs may be assessed an extra fee. Instruments are playtested by the technicians upon completion of the repairs to ensure proper operation and performance.

Other Services

Studio Lessons – Dale Music Studios — The studios have been in operation for over 40 years and provide private lessons every week for students. Credit Application – We have store accounts for churches, schools and music groups. Please fill out the form and send, fax or email it to us to set up an account for your organization. Click on the link to view and print the form.
